Ever wanted to fly your own starship? An interactive experience now open in Vauxhall.
We are delighted to have prizes for our 1st and 2nd place winners – awards announced on 14th September at Rich Mix.
Bridge Command is a fully interactive starship bridge simulator, powered by technology and live actors – pick a mission and be ready for almost anything! You will be given a uniform and be part of a crew.
Your ship is a complex organism that will require maintenance, you will meet a variety of characters played by live actors, and your missions will involve an array of challenges.
Each officer’s station has a different set of tasks to complete. Helm officers fly the ship, engineering officers keep it running, and so on.
Above all, the story is in your hands. You and your fellow players will decide what to do as you explore the galaxy.

There is no better thing you can do than take part in a 48hr challenge, ‘cos the worst that can happen is you’ll have made a film by Monday!
At 11am (UK time) on challenge day 1, we will give you the TITLE of the film you will make, a PROP list, a line of DIALOGUE and an optional IDEA/THEME. You then have until Monday to WRITE, SHOOT and DELIVER your complete 5-minute film.

The sci-fi-london 48hr film challenge was started in 2008 and has had over 1400 short films made since then. The quality of the films created is amazing and proves that you can make engaging science fiction films on a low-to-no budget. Thank you to all those who have taken part.
