You can submit a link to your film (on Vimeo, youtube etc) in your account profile or send a link to the film to 48hr2021@sci-fi-london.com.

Author
Lauren is the award-winning and internationally best-selling South African author of The Shining Girls, Zoo City and Afterland. Her novels have been published in 24 countries and are being adapted for film and TV. She’s also a comics writer and filmmaker.

Dr Sian Proctor
Geoscientist, Astronaut
Dr. Sian Proctor is a trained Geoscientist and Astronaut with a PHD in Science Education. She is known as a science communication expert in her field. Soon to pilot a SpaceX Dragon!

Ben is the Filmmaker Liaison and shorts programmer for the outstanding Tribeca Film Festival.

Julia is Director of Original Film at Sky. Aside from being a huge SF fan, Julia is a skilled content curator with an in-depth knowledge of both the UK and international film market. She has a keen eye for talent and getting productions green-lit

SOPHIE CARROLL
Snr. Acquisitions, DUST
Sophie is the Sr. Manager of Acquisitions for Gunpowder & Sky’s channels ALTER and DUST. After working at a variety of production companies in London, Sophie joined Gunpowder & Sky and spearheaded the development of ALTER.

Patrick Gyger
Writer, curator
Patrick is a Swiss historian, writer and curator. He was the director of Maison d’Ailleurs in Switzerland, the museumofo science fiction. He was also the director of Utopiales Science Fiction Festival. Currently he runs Platforme 10 in Lausanne
